Marigo VXi Mystery Feet
Each support foot consists of 32 parts, with 10 constrained layers of composite material that are first heated, then pressed at 1000psi. The Marigo Vxi Feet are hand-assembled, and include little brass inserts on the component end to distribute energy.
You are probably not prepared for the improvements the Marigo VXi Mystery Feet will bring about in your system. I know I wasn't. I have tried many, many isolation, absorption, and transmission cones, bearings, etc. under my gear with marginal results (by comparison). This is the first such product that I can wholeheartedly get behind. I can say without a doubt your system will benefit from at least one set of these feet underneath a component.
Bass will tighten up, midrange and treble will smooth out, but the soundstage is where the magic happens. I don't know how they do it, but the soundstage gains in width, depth and coherance.
Works even on non-audiophile shelving
One of the best things I like about these feet is that they work even on non-audiophile shelving. If you need to protect the finish of your shelving, we highly recommend placing a 40mm Marigo SuperDot between the VXi foot and the surface of your shelving. You don't even have to expose the adhesive on the dot. It will completely protect your furniture, and enhance the effect of the Mystery Feet. As Robert Levi puts it:

I'm going to stop short of suggesting that you buy inexpensive, but solid metal stands, and a set of the Marigo Mystery Feet for each component versus state of the art super stands
and platforms for your gear. I think it's more a matter of what you now use in your home in this current economy. I'm not throwing away my prized Townshend Seismic Sinks…but I'm buying several sets of the Marigo Feet for anything not perfectly supported and isolated already.
