First, The Chassis
The RTP-2, 4 and 6 ultimate box chasses are CNC machined from solid blocks of 2017 Duralumin for superb vibration control and highly effective shielding. The chassis has been lined with a combination of green carborundum, a natural ore which absorbs ambient noise, Tourmaline powder to prevent the buildup of static electricity and natural quartz powder which aids in activating the free flow of current.

Next, The "Guts"
Acoustic Revive has also incorporated special versions of Oyaide's renouned R-1 outlets. The beryllium copper contacts and conductive parts have been plated with silver and rhodium then highly polished to a mirror finish. The conductive parts are then super cryogenically treated (-196 degreees celsius). The IEC inlet also receives the same plating and cryogenic process. For the internal wiring they have employed their oval shaped single solid core PCOCC-A copper wire. PCOCC-A wire is an annealed version of PCOCC (continuous cast) wire. The annealing process further purifies the metal and enhances conductivity. The wire is cold-welded to the IEC inlet, not soldered, as Acoustic revive has found that cold-welding achieves superior sonic results.

More About Green Carborundum
Noise and electromagnetic waves from the receptacles and internal wiring is absorbed without contact. External noise is also absorbed. Green carborundum has the effect of drawing stray noise like an antenna. Stray electromagnetic waves are drawn in and eliminated. The inside of the RTP chassis is lined not only with green carborundum, but also Tourmaline powder, and natural quartz powder suspended in an epoxy resin.
