Platinum Eclipse 6 Metallurgy
The Platinum Eclipse 6 series interconnect cables are comprised of 4 flat, solid Ohno Continuous Cast Silver. 99.99997% (6N) pure. The internal design is the DNA Helix geometry utilized by the other interconnects in Wireworld’s Eclipse series, however its flat conductors contain substantially more silver than the lesser models, and they are also thinner, which reduces phase shift.

Molded Carbon Fiber Connectors
The Platinum Eclipse 6 interconnect features molded carbon fiber conductors with silver clad copper connectors. By eliminating the eddy currents and stray field effects generated by conventional metal connector shells while still providing effective shielding, these unique plugs reveal finer details and natural acoustic ambience in the sound. The connectors also utilize silver-clad OFC contacts and Wireworld’s patented silicone rubber tensioning device to provide the lowest contact resistance available.
