BPT Ultra Isolator Series all share the following features:
 Custom low-noise, low temperature-rise, tight load regulation, high-isolation type toroidal transformers from Plitron Manufacturing.
- Perfectly balanced, high CMR [Common Mode Rejection] AC output
- Four stages of EMI/RFI filtration to ensure ultra-low background noise
- Copper foil laminate between primary and secondary windings to reduce capacitive coupling and provide additional filtering
- On/Off Carling magnetic circuit breaker switch to protect from current overload
- Separate EMI/RFI filtering of incoming standard/unbalanced AC and outgoing/balanced AC
- Multiple layers of grain oriented steel laminated around the transformer circumference to attenuate stray magnetic fields
- Arrow Hart high-current, 20-amp rated hospital-grade outlets
- 3-layer chassis dampening
- Heavily damped black powder-coat 1/8"aluminum chassis to reduce unwanted mechanical vibrations that blur imaging and clarity (Stainless steel chassis no longer available).
- Surge protection current overload protection and GFCI [ground-fault circuit interruption] protection
- Separate noise filters on each duplex outlet to reduce component interaction
- Available in black chassis only. Optional 1/4" machined aluminum faceplate is available in clear-coated

Derived from the development of our flagship BP-3.5 Signature, these are the extras that make the difference to attain world-class performance. They combine the Iso-Cones, cryo Hubbell outlets, cryo GFCI Hubbell outlet, cryo Hubbell 20A chassis IEC in 20A models or Furutech FI-10 15A IEC in other models, custom Reference Z-Sleeve, machined black or silver faceplate, 30A High-Current Filter/surge suppressor, extensive use of ERS Stealth Cloth and our L-10 power cord. - $700 [save $250 over individual a-la-carte pricing!]

- FIM First Impressions Music 880 AC outlets, 20A design made from high-purity copper alloy, with superb construction and FIM-proprietary energizing treatment - full bodied sound - $65/ea.
- Oyaide SWO-XXX - 15A, design, gold and palladium plated--very natural over the entire audio range - $85/ea.
- Wattgate 381 duplexes - 20A design, well balanced - these may be the finest sounding outlets available - $150/ea.
- Bybee Quantum Purifiers, an excellent upgrade to increase resolution by lowering noise floor - $200 [2]
- HFC-30 - A 30-amp high current filter and surge suppressor with extremely low power insertion loss. We chose this very high current device in order to prevent any possibility of dynamic compression when used in our balanced power isolators or Clean Power Center - $225
While we believe that the AC mains panel remains the best location for surge protection, this is impractical for many audiophiles. The filter/surge protection built into the HFC-30 specs as follows:

- Machined aluminum faceplate - this 1/4" thick machined, polished, grained and coated panel perfectly complements our BP units. $75 [black or silver].
- ERS Cloth - hi-tech declassified material that absorbs and deflects RFI/EMI into the Ghz region - $100.
- Iso-Cones - Custom made 1" machined 316 stainless steel isolation cones with matching disc to protect wood floors or shelving. These can be used as standalone cones for any piece of gear or as a direct screw in replacement footer for our balanced isolators (matching 1/4" threaded rod included). $75 for a set of four or $60 for a set of three.
