Through much listening and experimentation we have come up with what we feel is a power conditioning system superior to nearly everything else on the market today. This is not just a single component, but three different products from different manufacturers. Each product brings its own benefits, but its the sum of the three that make this combination so special.

1. The Audience Adept Response aR1P single outlet power conditioner. 3. Oyaide MTB series audiophile grade power strip. Without question one of the finest AC power strips made. The thick, heavy nickel/chrome plated brass chassis is designed to shield from EMI and RFI as well as control mechanical resonance. The Oyaide outlets (you choose which model) are among the best audio grade outlets made. In fact they were made for, not adapted to, audio applications.

In the Velocitor, Walker Audio incorporates nothing in the power path to alter the power supplied. The Velocitor does not present your electronics with a transformer, inductive or resistive values, capacitance, surge protection, on/off switches or LEDs. All of these hurt the sound dramatically. The Velocitor is designed and built for the best sound and video reproduction possible.  Walker Audio does not incorporate anything that would degrade the sound.   We have found with other power line conditioners we’ve tried that there is always a trade-off.  The noise floor may be lowered, but usually at the expense of the dynamics and/or loss of information.

If you try the Velocitor and think it may have a bright spot somewhere, I can assure you it's not the Velocitor. Rather, the Velocitor is revealing a resonance problem in your system and now that you can hear it, you can find and correct it.
