Power Reference
The Power Reference AC cable from Acoustic Revive utilizes a thick, oval shaped PCCOCC-A ("A" stands for annealed) copper, single core conductor. The PCOCC single crystal copper has been annealed to improve conductivity and flexibility. Because PCOCC-A is a single-crystal copper to begin with, once annealed, the purity is actually greater than other high purity (6N-8N) conductors. Single sokid core conductors do not give rise to stray electric fields which in turn leads to distortion and loss of musical focus. To bring out the full performance of the single core PCOCC-A wire, the cable is covered with natural silk fibers, teflon coated flexible copper and carbon mesh tubing. The plugs, Oyaides' high qulity phosphor bronze plugs, have been super-cryogenically treated (-196 degrees celsius) and rhodium plated to Acoustic Revive's specifications.
