Exotic cable performance at an enthusiast level price

When Paul Kaplan set out to develop his GS interconnects, he did so with his usual competitive spirit. He used a $6000 cable as his reference, and set out to match its performance and charge about 1/4 as much. Not only did he meet the performance of this exotic cable, in my opiniion he exceeded it, all while keeping the price below $1000 for a 1/2 meter pair!

It is so difficult matching cables to a system to get the right synergy. You find one cable, it works wonderfully on your source, but try to use it elsewhere in your system and you get inconsistent results.
