Noise is the Enemy

It is common knowledge that noise comes from radio transmitters, electric motors, fluorescent lighting, dimmer switches, digital power supplies and numerous other sources. This noise is actually picked up by cables, that act like antennae, and broadcast through your audio system, right along with your music.

WireWorld's Power Conditioning Cords are designed to solve a completely different set of problems than interconnect, loudspeaker and video cables. An ideal audio or video cable would pass the entire audible frequency range (amd beyond) without alteration. However, an ideal power cord should allow only the 50Hz or 60Hz AC power frequencies, while blocking all others, thus preventing AC line noise and harmonics from degrading the sound and imaging quality of the system.
