What Is LEEDH?

LEEDH Processing is an innovative new digital volume adjustment algorithm that eliminates rounding errors. It Modifies the digital signal amplitude exactly, without any changes to its shape and free from any kind of information loss, and uses more efficient whole number volume values to maintain audio information integrity during subsequent DAC conversion. If you are using a Lumin streamer DAC as your source for music, you no longer need a preamplifier, extra interconnects and cabling (not to mention distortion and noise). All you need is the streamer/DAC like the X1 or T2, the Lumin Amp, or your own amplifier. No more preamp, for real. Less is indeed more.

How Does This Benefit Your Audio System?

If you are running a streaming only system. The Lumin X1 with LEEDH processing allows you to dispense with your preamp altogether, creating a shorter signal path, with fewer cables, tubes, etc. and ultimately a purer more resolving signal. You run the outputs of the X1 directly to your amplifier (s). The LEEDH volume control transparently controls the volume level to your amp(s). This is not like any other digital volume control.
