- Introduction This 6-Month Interest-Free Payment Plan (“Payment Plan”) allows our customers the convenience of spreading their payments for their purchase over six months without any interest charges. Please read the following terms and conditions thoroughly to understand the terms of the Payment Plan.
- Eligibility To be eligible for the Payment Plan:
- Customers must have a valid payment method on file with us.
- The purchased product must be eligible for the Payment Plan. Not all products may be available for this offer.
- Initial Deposit
- Upon opting for the Payment Plan, the customer is required to pay an initial deposit equivalent to 25% of the total purchase price of the product.
- This deposit is non-refundable after 60 days, and except under circumstances where the product is unavailable or in cases of order cancellation as per our standard return policy.
- Payment Schedule
- After the initial deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into 5 equal monthly installments.
- Each installment will be automatically charged to the customer’s chosen payment method on the same calendar date as the original purchase every month for five months.
- Should the installment payment fail for any reason, the customer will be notified and provided with an opportunity to update their payment details or rectify the issue.
- No Interest Charges
- Customers will not be charged any interest or additional fees for utilizing the Payment Plan, provided all payments are made on time as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Late Payments
- If a monthly installment is not successfully charged within 5 days of the due date, a reminder will be sent to the customer.
- Failure to make the payment within 10 days of the due date may result in the suspension of the Payment Plan, and the remaining balance may become due immediately.
- Product Delivery
- Products will be shipped or delivered to the customer after full payment has been made.
- Returns and Cancellations
- In the event of order cancellations, the initial deposit will be refunded if and only if the cancellation is made before the 60-day period, due to product unavailability or discrepancies on our part. If the order is cancelled after the 60-day period, the initial deposit will be forfeited by the purchaser.
- Changes to the Payment Plan We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Payment Plan or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.
- Acceptance of Terms By choosing the Payment Plan option at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
