New sound experience

Placed on top and in the middle of MartinLogan curved electrostatic panels (13a), the physical boundaries of the sound disappear. The height, width, and depth of the soundstage become extended, like nothing I have come close to achieving before. The Blue Diamonds are sensitive to vibration control, so experiment with quality support underneath them. (I also placed a strip of clear packing tape on the top rim of the speaker, under the BD. ). I am not using these in conjunction with any other Stein products. Blue Diamonds simply must be experienced, to be believed…

SteinMusic Acoustic Diamonds

Room acoustics doesn't have to start big. The Acoustic Diamonds are small, passive room acoustic elements that SteinMusic says support a natural, well-proportioned reproduction of music. They refine the effect of the Acoustic Suns and the H2 Neo, or work on their own with a more discreet effect, which makes them a good first step.

The Design

SteinMusic describes the Acoustic Diamonds (formerly the Blue Diamonds) as built to support an authentic, naturally proportioned reproduction of music. Their effect is subtler than that of the Acoustic Suns, which is exactly why they suit fine-tuning an existing setup. They're passive and need no power supply.

Part of the H2 System

SteinMusic developed the Diamonds to intensify the effect of its H2 system, working together with the H2 Neo and the Acoustic Sun Signature to refine the room step by step. You can also use them independently, for example as a first step into room acoustics, and SteinMusic says they then have a more discreet effect. Mount them following the sketch and instructions for the H2 system. Position and orientation clearly influence the overall result, so it's worth spending some time on fine adjustment.
