The Equinox 7 continues with the neutral sonic balance that the series 7 cables have become so well known for. If you are looking for tone controls, look elsewhere. These are neutral and extended just like the Oasis, but with more resolution. You can hear more of the low level details present in the recording such as the venue, or space around instruments and performers. It is a nice step up from the Oasis, and for it's price it is a must-listen to cable especially if you are considering spending two to three times as much.
